Behind every academic service we provide is a dedicated team of professionals, each bringing unique expertise, passion, and enthusiasm to our prestigious Christian theological Institution, fAISOM UNIVERSITY Central Europe. This committed team of staff faithfully served the University from 1999 until the COVID-19 pandemic, when campuses across Europe were shut down. Sadly, many members of this devoted team have since gone to be with the Lord.
But thanks be to God for sustaining and preserving the legacy of fAISOM UNIVERSITY Central Europe. Through His infinite grace and faithfulness, God expanded our vision and impact globally, leading us to remarkable and record-breaking growth. The founder/chancellor: Vision carrier and spiritual overseer
The founder/chancellor establishes the founding vision and mission, guards the spiritual and theological direction, and represents the university at the highest level. This role provides long-term strategic guidance, ensuring the institution never strays from its original divine mandate.
The vice-chancellor/president: Chief executive leader
The vice-chancellor/president oversees the entire university system, implements the vision into operational reality, and coordinates academic, administrative, and global activities. They represent the institution in partnerships and accreditation matters, ensuring seamless operations and effective implementation of our mission.
Deep theological and academic expertise
What makes a university truly formative is not just what is taught, but who is doing the teaching and leading. Our faculty and senate members possess a strong grounding in biblical studies, theology, and related disciplines, with advanced academic training at postgraduate and doctoral levels. This ensures students receive credible, intellectually rigorous education, rooted in both classical theology and contemporary issues, not opinion-based teaching.
Unlike purely academic institutions, many of our staff members are active or former pastors, chaplains, missionaries, church leaders, and ministry practitioners.
